Shipping Rates and Policies

All orders shipped within the United States will be sent priority mail through the US Postal Service. If you need different shipping or international shipping, please email us prior to ordering so we can communicate the costs to you.

We ship via parcel post. Our shipping and handling fees are described below and are based on the total weight of your order.

Total Weight Range Shipping/Handling

Up to 2 pounds $ 7.00

2.01 to 4.0 pounds $10.00

4.01 to 6.0 pounds $12.00

6.01 to 8.0 pounds $14.00

8.01 to 10.0 pounds $16.00

Over 10 pounds $20.00

Note: Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please email us before purchasing so we can issue a correct invoice.

International Shipments

If your order is outside of the United States of America, we will communicate the shipping costs to you prior to shipping the product.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the quilt upon arrival or it is defective, please email us within 48 hours and we will issue a return authorization number. Ship it back within 2 days of your receiving the return authorization number, insure it for full value, package it well and ship it back to us. It must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Your purchase price less shipping charges will be refunded. This policy does NOT apply to custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable.
